Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mexican mix cheese, shredded
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 ½ cups ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tomatoes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Keto mayonnaise
  • Salt and freshly ground black peppercorns.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 370° F
  2. Spritz a baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Season turkey pieces with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Mix thoroughly flax meal with almond flour in a bowl.
  5. Beat the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk.
  6. Dip each piece of turkey in the beaten egg and then coat them with the
    almond flour mixture.
