- Wheat beer to top

- 1 cup honey

- 1⁄2 teaspoon saffron threads

- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
- Dash of cinnamon

- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Beet Around The Christmas Tree

Ingredients
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce fresh beet juice
- 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3⁄4 ounce vanilla simple syrup
- Soda to top
Directions
- Add everything but the soda to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into an old fashioned glass.
- Top with soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Tips How To Make Simple Syrup
- Measure out equal parts water and sugar (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar) in a pot. If creating a flavored syrup, also add the flavoring ingredients to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring to prevent scorching.
- Turn down the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
- Use a sieve to strain out any solid pieces of spices or flavoring (e.g., vanilla beans) and bottle the syrup. The syrup will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator
